I assume this is the one you mean.
Although he sounds like something very important, the truth of the matter is that he is really nothing more than a herald.
Picture it this way, If Sauron were say, the President of the Unted States; then the Mouth of Sauron would be the guy making all those boring press statements on Cspan.

As for what a Black Númenórean is, I leave that to my peers to answer.

These books are meant to be read

This is a fine example of the type of behaviour that this forum most definately does not need.

Wizardking asked a very simple yet valid question. We as members of the forum should try to answer his question with a useful and relevant response.

Not all members have read all the books, nor are all of us blessed with photographic recall. That should not be a deterant to asking questions. Remember that by teaching we learn.

So to all who read this: keep asking questions. I promise to answer the ones I can and help to find an answer to those I can't. But I will never, never belittle anyone for asking a relevant question.
