But no. I was born a year after the last movie came out.Feel old yet?
I might have been born in 98, but I didn't watch LotR till I was a teenager, so not really. But no. I was born a year after the last movie came out.

Don't know about you though.😏
I saw the Fellowship of the Ring at the movies when it came out. But I was a few weeks old at the time and slept through the whole thing. Clearly the Black Riders' screeching did not bother me one bit.But no. I was born a year after the last movie came out.

I’m in the same boat as Maitimo, where while having been born in 1998, I didn’t watch the LOTR movies until I was older. It more makes me feel old for animated movies I remember coming out when I was a little kid, and now they’re 20+ years old, or even favorite movies of mine which came out in the early 2010’s are now aging up in years. 😳But no. I was born a year after the last movie came out.

We are. 🙃What made me feel really old was that VeggieTales had its 30th anniversary last year. I was like, that means I'm almost 30!! 😳
Though the first time I actually watched all three movies was when I was 7.I saw the Fellowship of the Ring at the movies when it came out. But I was a few weeks old at the time and slept through the whole thing. Clearly the Black Riders' screeching did not bother me one bit.
I think I couldn't really connect with the translation, because it used some pretty big words that I don't often see in fantasy books. And I'd say quite unnecessary too.Though the first time I actually watched all three movies was when I was 7.
And I read the whole book in a week, before watching the second two movies. It really captured my imagination.
Is a badly disguised short-haired Elf really a reliable source of information?
