How do I write 5 in Tengwar?

Hi! I’m new to the forum and have been a LOTR fan for years and am planning to get a small tattoo of the number 5. I’ve been researching the proper way it’s written in Tengwar and have found examples that from my understanding are written by Christopher Tolkien and others originally by JRR Tolkien. The examples I’ve found all slightly vary in the way they’re written…I don’t know if this is just a style choice or if there is an important difference. If anyone can help me figure out which of these styles is written as JRR Tolkien would have intended that would be much appreciated!

I don’t have references for each photo but I’ll list the info I do have below!

• Photo 1 - The Tengwar numerals used in the Kings Letter III DTS 49.
• Photo 5 - these Tengwar numerals were reproduced by Christopher Tolkien after JRR Tolkien in 1981.

I'm not a language expert, but I see a certain form of it being used repeatedly, so my guess would be that. @Gilruin would know more, certainly, as will our other experts.
