There are several different dialects many of which i cannot say the accuracy of. I am willing to bet that it has much to do with avarin and dwarvish. but i might be wrong as i oftern are.

Búrzghâsh is "dark fire" in Orcish which is pretty easy to guess, looking at Helge's page. Black Speech compounds also place the adjective last (Lugbúrz "tower+dark" => Dark Tower) which is also the normal order of words in at least one Orcish syntax (Saruman-glob búbhosh "big Saruman-fool").

Yes, Black Speech can be written in Tengwar just like Sauron did on the Ring. You can find the BS letter values and instructions in Dan Smith's excellent help file.
