The Tolkien Joke and Meme thread

Have you ever wanted to see Fingolfin dance with a pair of leeks and stab Morgoth with one of them?

(warning for some flashing lights)

(original leek dance meme)

I pity the fool who thought betting on Facebook and YouTube ads was the solution (Due to adblock)
Generic answer is obviously outsource the marketing to a company who does this for a living.
Otherwise this joke is still funny to me

Ok but I thought it was Maedhros at first and was pretty confused as how the fishing boat was connected to Alqualondë!

Swan... boats... *Coughs* Just jesting!

Only reason I thought Gollum instantly is cause I read the birthday fishing trip first. Yep, I am weird like that.

Same here! I was like, what, fishing boat?! Birthday trip?! oh, this is about Gollum.

This was an old meme I created with Canva some time ago. It combines the Sil and Duolingo rage culture.

Oh man, that's a mood... I stopped using Duolingo because of that bird!

You've seen the meme with Fëanor bullying the Duolingo bird, right?

Oh yes, it was because of our discussion I created this! 😂

I get this weird satisfaction when I ignore these study apps' notifications. I think Duolingo is just the right thing for me hehe!

That's my name. 😎

That is very in-character for us both...

Maitimo: That bird is using my hyperempathy to manipulate me as a form of psychological warfare, so I quit using the app.

Tyelko: I get a weird feeling of satisfaction from ignoring the notifications to spite the bird.

HOC: I have no opinion.

Glorfindel: Having no opinion is an opinion in and of itself.

I just turned my notifications off. I remember to do the lessons every day on my own...
