What are you watching?

Really good series, except the Joel-Maggie love/hate relationship was such a central part of it, and after it was (ahem) "consumated" -- and especially after Rob Morrow left, a lot of the steam went out of it.

Definitely worth watching, though.

I watched that show years ago and totally forgot about it until I saw it streaming free a couple weeks ago and rewatched an episode. Rob Morrow definitely made the show. I loved him in Numbers as well.

The Extended LOTR films. I know there are some people who would like to lynch me for saying this, but they're my favourite movies. I never get tired of them.
I found the EEs better than the cinematic versions (I have both on DVD), especially the one of "Fellowship" - which I felt was the best of the three films in either version. But I haven't watched any versions completely for close to 20 years, except excerpts when checking scenes for posts.

I've seen it called that, but it's better known as the "Cavalry Trilogy" -- a series of three Westerns by John Ford. Here's an article:

Ben Johnson appeared in all three, but only as a stunt rider in the first, IIRC.
