I know there are newer versions and multiple translations, but this is the only version I can find with videos of people actually pronouncing it. I want to learn to pronounce it as well as get a tattoo of this poem. Please let me know what you think, as well as if you know of better versions that also have people speaking it on video, so I can listen to it!

Pân i valt law thilia,
Law pain i reviar mistar aen;
Iaur i vell law thinnatha,
Law thynd dyfn na-niss rathar aen.
O lith naur echuiathar aen,
Calad od dúath thuiatha;
Adamminen i vagol vreithannen,
Pen-thôl ad echannen i aran.

I should clarify a few things here. There are indeed multiple translations, and that they exist is expected and fine. But "old vs. new" cannot be conflated with that. What is meant by old in the context of Tolkienian linguistics is that that particular work predates the (posthumous) publications of some of the most informative notes and essays of Tolkien on his languages. In other words, that translation was made without access to some very important information, and it is now known to be erroneous, as the recent (posthumous) publications debunked the guesses that were made in it. So you really should avoid tattooing that...

I will offer my recent and peer-reviewed translation:
Ill i mall law thilia,
Law ill idh-reniar gwenwin;
Iaur i bell law firatha,
Law na-chell thynd nuir raethennin.
Od i-lith naur echuidathar,
Calad od iñ-gwaith tuiatha;
Megil i rangen cýrathar,

Alrin aran adolatha.

Tengwar transcription is attached.

Tengwar transcription is attached.

I noticed a difference between the trancription of iñ, may I know which one to use ? Does it have to do with the different modes?

@dineshryan1 Looks like you found my translation on Parf Edhellen. There are some bugs/glitches with the website's own transcriber, and somehow it gives "iñ" as "în" instead (I can understand ñ>n but why i>î, no idea, weird issue). With what I gave here, I selected the letters by hand, so the latter is right.
