The army of Gondor was besieged inside Minas Tirith. The Rohirrim under Theoden, Eomer, Grimbold and Elfhelm came from the north. Finally Aragorn arrived with the Dunedain through Anduin on ships.
On the otehr hand, there were the Orcs of Sauron and Men allied to Mordor (from Harad, Khan, Rhun).
If you want some numbers (but total estimates) there were about 10000 men on the good side and 40000 on the other side.
Well yes, the men from Lamedon and Lebennin were guided by the Dúnedain of the north. They had accepted Aragorn's summons.
If you want more details then Gondor's army was consisted of men from Lossarnach, Ringlo Vale, Anfalas, Dol Amroth (Imrahil), Hirluin, Morthond... All these are regions of Gondor, south of the WhiteMountains.
And the men from the paths of the dead were not the Dúnedain. the dead were original inhabitands of the White Mountains. The Dúnedain of course came from the North. They just walked through the Paths and summoned the spirits.
